At Luxe Borsa, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. Below, you will find our Refunds & Returns Policy which outlines the guidelines for returning products to us.
Returns Eligibility: We accept returns for products that are unused, and in their original packaging. However, due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns if the the product has been used. Any orders placed beyond the 30-day timeframe from the date of purchase are deemed ineligible for a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the product. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect to facilitate the return process. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the damaged or defective item, and we will gladly replace it for you.
Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the package. We will work with you to arrange a return and issue a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
Non-Returnable Items: For the safety and wellbeing of all our customers, certain items are non-returnable due to sanitary reasons. These include, but are not limited to, personal care products, cosmetics, intimate apparel, and any products that come into direct contact with the skin or body. Please review the product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
Refunds Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
How to Initiate a Return: If you believe your return meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above, please contact our customer support team on our "Contact Us" page. Our representatives will guide you through the return process and provide further assistance.
Return Process: If you want to proceed with the return please provide us with a picture indicating that the item wasn't damaged or used/worn. If the order was damaged or used/worn we can not accept the return (as stated above).
1. Return Cost:
As per our return policy, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost. This means that you will need to arrange and pay for the return shipping of the item(s) you wish to return. We recommend using a reliable shipping method that provides tracking to ensure a smooth return process.
2. Shipping Cost from the Order:
Please note that the shipping cost you paid when placing your order is not eligible for a refund. This cost goes directly to the shipping company for delivering your items to you, and unfortunately, we do not have control over this portion of the expense.
