At Luxe Borsa, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. Below, you will find our Refunds & Returns Policy which outlines the guidelines for returning products to us.

Returns Eligibility: We accept returns for products that are unused, and in their original packaging. However, due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns if the the product has been used.  Any orders placed beyond the 30-day timeframe from the date of purchase are deemed ineligible for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the product. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect to facilitate the return process. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the damaged or defective item, and we will gladly replace it for you.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the package. We will work with you to arrange a return and issue a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.

Non-Returnable Items: For the safety and wellbeing of all our customers, certain items are non-returnable due to sanitary reasons. These include, but are not limited to, personal care products, cosmetics, intimate apparel, and any products that come into direct contact with the skin or body. Please review the product descriptions carefully before making a purchase. 

Refunds Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN ONLINE

Returns will not be processed unless they go through our Returns Manager. Please reach out to us at support@luxeborsa.com or contact our customer support team via our "Contact Us" page, and provide your order number and reason for return. Our representatives will guide you through the return process and provide further assistance.

  • We offer returns and exchanges for full-price purchases and are happy to help you find your perfect fit. 
  • We are unable to process returns, exchanges, or store credit for any Final sale items.
  • All shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • We only accept returns and exchanges with a provided shipping label, on domestic orders within the United States. International orders will have to purchase their own labels when issuing a return.
  • We don't provide return labels to orders outside the US, International orders will have to purchase their own labels when issuing a return.
  • Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.

You will be refunded to your original form of payment after we check the conditions of your returned items. Please note, the return shipping charges are not refunded unless there is a defect in the merchandise. You can print the shipping label, and a fee of USD $12.95 will be deducted from your refund once the item has been returned and inspected. This fee covers the label cost and restocking service. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. Once you receive your confirmation email, please follow the instructions provided in the email to complete your return.

No price adjustments for prior purchases.

If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

 Exchange Policy

We would love to help you with exchanges if needed. Please contact us at support@luxeborsa.com within 7 days of the package delivery date. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow the instructions under sections 2 and 3 for resolution.

 Packaging Your Return: When returning an eligible item, please ensure it is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
